Hi, I'm Jared.

I have >10 years of professional work experience as a senior software engineer. I worked for 5 years in the Engineering Sciences organization at Sandia National Laboratories for both the Nanoscale/Reactive Processes group and the Mechanical Environments departments. I spent my time at the Labs writing 3D triangulation algorithms and digital image correlation code. I also worked as an independent image consultant to the Labs where I provided analysis using 2D continuous wavelet transformations applied to high speed image captures of an experimental rocket fuel.

I graduated cum laude with a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico in 2008.

After graduation, I spent 4 years at Qforma, Inc. in beautiful Santa Fe, NM as a Python software engineer/data analyst where I was involved in the mining and analysis of large (>30GB) data sets for the healthcare industry.

I'm currently an engineer with Carta, Inc. in friendly Salt Lake City, UT where I live with my beautiful wife, kids, and dog.

Attached is my current resume in PDF format.
